Guerrilla gardening. Guerrilla gardening is the art of using a piece of land which you do not own to grow something. One step removed from actual guerrilla warfare, guerrilla gardening takes land not for the people, but for nature; returning misused or disused land and finding a purpose for it. Guerrilla gardeners come late in the night with watering cans, compost and gardening gloves, and turn rotting sods of grass outside some condemned building into a vegetable patch, a clump of daffodils, or a flowering rosebush. Show him the money. Tim M. is the only one with Tom Cruise, and here's a classic quote from the top-dollar oddball: "Buddhism is grandfather of scientology" Thank you, Tom Cruise. Your spaceship is waiting just outside.... [Amish Tech Support]

My word, this has to be the worst pun on earth - surely the longest...

The Death of a Foy. Isaac Asimov has long been one of my favorite writers. In addition to writing incredibly good science fiction, he could also craft nonfiction scientific essays that were just as interesting to read, a rare gift in any writer. And, of course, he had an absolutely wicked sense of humor and a great love for bad puns. [eclecticism]
