Here's an eye-roller...company where the lowest 5% get fired every year (!) - employee at the bottom this year has a desperately ill child and needs the insurance. Should you fire him/her? The author of this article actually seems confused about the ethical answer to this question. (Probably wonders why corporate America gets such a bad rap, too.)
