The Blue Pill

There are moments when all my noble ideals fall away and I just let myself feast on a fantasy.  Ususally for me it's the Travel Channel or Globe Trekker.  A new fad has started with me though: Fit-TV is right below the video games channel and I've been sucked in...

The tai-chi programs on Fit-TV are cool: "Guide your chi through your lungs and chest... "

The Caribbean Workout is... tough.  The good thing about a tv in your living room is no one can see you fall back on the couch and grab your coffee mug after a hard 40 seconds of lunges.

I'm looking forward to cardio kickboxing.
