What's First?

A Sunday ritual we've always had is a big newspaper.  My mom used to read stories to my dad while we were driving in the afternoon.  In Nairobi it was The Nation and for so long it was the LA Times when I was in CA.  Now I usually end up with the Minneapolis Star Tribune or the NY Times (don't ask how much the NY Times costs in South Dakota... ).

When I pick up the paper, I always follow the same path: Op-Ed -> Book Reviews -> Lifestyle -> Front Page.

My friend M likes hard news so she starts with the front and then works back.  Another friend journalist T starts with features first and then goes back to the front page like me.
