Trouble with Can-Spam.
In addition to the confusion it creates, Can-Spam isn't working. My Postini filter still has to stop hundreds of spam messages every day, all of which still contain spoofed addresses and many of which still use the old bogus "this email cannot be considered spam" line instead of a real opt-out.
