[Great news from Canada HQ! Prior to this, the Bonus Pool programs were only available in the USA. Now, finally, our fellow North Americans can participate in these huge income boosters. US Reps will be affected because the Bonus Pool is now 1.5% of Canadian & US volume, not just US volume (and also applies to the QExec Bonus Pool). It will be a good review for everyone to read the Bonus Pool rules below.

We are pleased to announce that effective October 1st, 2003, we'll be making some exciting changes to our compensation plan to reward new growth. Vibrant business and sales growth is important to you, so we'll be making these changes to enhance your potential earnings.
Most importantly, we'll be reallocating the L2 bonus, at the Executive and above level, as well as some new compensation dollars to two new growth-focused bonuses: The North American Qualifying Executive Bonus Pool and The North American Executive Performance Bonus Pool, as well as extending the Leadership Advancement Bonus.
Executive Performance Bonus Pool
The Executive Performance Bonus Pool gives Executives an opportunity to earn a portion of 1.5% of Canadian and U.S. commissioned sales volume on a monthly basis as determined by a performance based, weighted formula as set forth by the company. To qualify, an Executive must meet the following performance and sales criteria in effect at the end of each commission period.
• An Executive must have 400 PSV (or 100 PSV and at least 500 QSV in the U.S.) [US Reps: it’s 500 PV for us, not 400! QSV definition is below. - JC] • Each Canadian or U.S. qualified LOI must achieve a minimum of 1,000 GSV; independent of any other GSV from other downline qualified LOIs. This means that a qualifying LOI may not count the GSV from other qualifying LOIs in the same downline. • Each Canadian or U.S. Qualifying Executive in the Executive's Circle Group must achieve their minimum PSV and GSV requirements. •The Executive Performance Bonus Pool minimum requirement is 6 points. •All other requirements of the Sales Compensation Plan, including retail sales, must be met. •The following chart shows how an Executive may earn points for each new Canadian or U.S. Qualified LOI, Q1 and Q2 Qualifying Executive and every 20 new personally sponsored LifePak® ADP subscriber (Distributors and customers).

Qualifying Executive Performance Bonus Pool
The Qualifying Executive Bonus Pool gives Qualifying Executives in Month 1 (Q1) and Month 2 (Q2) an opportunity to earn a portion of .25% of Canadian & U.S. commissioned sales volume on a monthly basis as determined by Group Sales Volume and a weighted formula as set forth by the company. In order to qualify, a Qualifying Executive must meet the sales criteria in effect at the end of each commission period.
• Each Qualifying Executive must be 'Active' in their respective country. (Canada or U.S.) • Each Qualifying Executive must achieve a minimum of 5,000 GSV, independent of any other GSV from other downline Qualifying Executives in Month 1 (Q1) or Month 2 (Q2). • All other requirements of the Sales Compensation Plan, including retail sales, must be met. • The maximum points allowed in the Qualifying Executive Bonus Pool are five (5) points. • The following chart shows how the points are allocated for the Qualifying Executive Bonus Pool.
Qualified Month 1(Q1) or Month 2 (Q2)* 100 PSV 5,000 - 6,999 GSV - 1 Point 100 PSV 7,000 - 8,999 GSV - 2 Points 100 PSV 9,000 - 10,999 GSV - 3 Points 100 PSV 11,000 -14,999 GSV - 4 Points 100 PSV 15,000 GSV + - 5 Points [5 points: this is a new point level! (Previously it was max 4 pts.)]
*Grace months are allowed during Executive qualification; however, no points will be allocated towards the Qualifying Executive Bonus Pool during the grace month.
