I'm sure I'll find some way to use it on our school webpage.

It also makes me wonder what effect all of the turmoil in the education system, and all of the related difficulties, have had on students and their sense of what school is and what it's for.

Sounds more like government and business trying to take control of the Internet. As soon as I saw Microsoft mentioned in this report, and that fact that they were pushing for similar things, I knew something was wrong.
