Robert Paterson references an article here and renames it "When Dinosuars Ruled the World".  It's nice to see that G2000 companies see the light as well.  A quote: "So many folks in IT are really the rearguard of the traditional control culture. The  mainframeers lost all organizational power.  This meant that we could create a PC culture where a risk managment tool could be roughed out in a day.
