Howard Bashman notes today:
"The New York Times contains an editorial criticizing the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review for meeting in secret and hearing only one side of the controversy in question."
We may as well demand that the CIA operate under the Sunshine Law and that the police be required notify the targets of all requests for search warrants submitted to judges and magistrates. Who writes these idiotic editorials?
