Posting from the SFO Marriot lobby. Signed up with the resident WiFi provider, STSN, in 1 minute flat. All they wanted was my credit card # and my email address (to email a receipt). Simple, fast, and same price as T-Mobile. T-M should take a lesson - this was nice.

Dell offers hand for e-mail exchange. The direct PC company plans Thursday to offer a fixed-price service to get corporations over to Microsoft Exchange 2000. [CNET News.com]
Dell's becoming a complicated company all of a sudden. With this announcement, plus their solo move into printers/ink, plus an announced push into enterprise pro-services, Dell has bitten off a lot.
