From Paul's local paper comes an article on open spectrum, which would promote the creation of new types of wireless broadband networks. Advocates include Larry Lessig and Microsoft, which is lobbying Congress on the idea's merits. The new meme is a "spectrum commons." 7:38:06 PM    comment []
