At the beginning of this week we (me, Kerry and Cinde [a novell consultant]) made a presentation to Phil, Dave Fletcher and Steve Fulling on Enterprise Employee Portal and Content Management. We discussed the possibility of making Portal an official enterprise project, and we received insight and direction from Phil.
One thing that I am doing is gathering a more comprehensive committee to make decisions about the project. We will be meeting on Tuesday to decide on branding.
