Actuate
Our web reporting product has not provided the level of service that customers expect. In fact, we have had recent failures that have seriously affected the business of one of our customers. I can't say yet exactly what the future of our web reporting product will be, but I can say that we are working towards a stable, highly available Actuate environment that will meet the needs of our customers.
