This is what I've wanted since I bought Radio.

Here is a taste of the new activeRenderer 1.4 with RSS rendering: I've rendered Dave Winer's, Jon Udell's and my own RSS feeds as a proof of concept.

 Usertalk Macros + Syntax Highlighting

activeRenderer's Macros Reference.

activeRenderer packs a number of Usertalk macros, called from weblog or outline templates to customize your site's pages. I've recently updated the macros Reference Guide, adding all recent modifications up to activeRenderer vs 1.3.6.<[read more]

If you'd like help looking at those usertalk scripts, I whipped up a quick usertalk syntax highlighting file.

If you use an enhanced text editor like Textpad, you can download usertalkSyntax.txt, rename it to usertalk.syn, drop it into your text editor's settings folder (for Textpad, this would be something like C:\Program Files\Textpad\System\). Then follow your editor's instructions to configure a new document class. I defined all documents with extension .usr as usertalk. When I want to view usertalk scripts with the syntax-highlighted usertalk scripts, I rename them to script.usr, then open them in Textpad.
