Weblog Categories as Courtesy Weblog Categories: the 'con's: categories take up too much space on the hosting server, approaching the limit in Radio Userland multiple copies of the same post make it difficult to edit posts. Weblog Categories: the 'pro's: if weblog has an audience, splitting off-topic posts (such as political comments on a developer's weblog) and routing them to a separate url and separate feed are courteous practices for managing information.
