"Goss" pointed this one out to me. My daughter Zenna has since seen the movie. Boy!

Bowling for Columbine

In the film, (Michael) Moore takes two Columbine victims, with bullets still lodged in their bodies, to Kmart's headquarters, essentially to return the merchandise. The company brushes him off, but he returns the next day with a gaggle of reporters. The swiftness with which the company agreed to stop selling ammunition for handguns and assault weapons left Moore stunned.

Playstation 5. The Onion's parody about the Playstation 5 you can't have is funny. There's already a Playstation 2.5. You can't have that one, either.

I've just finished Jeanette Winterson's novel the.powerbook, which is credited to jeanette.winterson. She's back on form in my opinion.

You would probably guess that it involves some kind of online reference and of course it does.

Apart from the title there are perhaps a few clues as to what kind of computer she uses.

Chapter headings such as EMPTY TRASH, SPECIAL, SHOW BALLOONS, CHOOSER pretty much give the game away.
