iTunes Grammy tie-in to benefit tsunami victims. The Recording Academy has announced plans to feature a special fund-raising performance of John Lennon and Paul McCartney's "Across the Universe" during this year's telecast of the 47th Annual Grammy Awards, which will air on CBS on February 13, 2005. A recording of that live performance will be available for purchase from Apple's iTunes Music Store for US$0.99 -- all proceeds from downloads of the track will go to relief efforts benefitting survivors of December's Asian tsunami. Artists scheduled to participate in the performance include Bono, Stevie Wonder, Norah Jones, Alicia Keys, Velvet Revolver, Tim McGraw, Brian Wilson and Al Green.
