Fall TV season taking on foreign air. LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - As TV executives unveil their lineups for the fall season, it seems they spent as much time preparing work visas for the shows' stars as they did closing deals for new series.

Open-source users, companies scoff at Microsoft threats.
