Utah County Scores Big Utah County's Web Portal was ranked tenth in the Nation in the 250,000-499,999 population category by the Center for Digital Government . No other county in Utah made it into the top ten.  Three cheers for their effort!  Other Utah counties want to take on Utah in the next competition and move up the ranking?
