There Ought to be a Club for Former State CIOs
. BIl Campbell, the recent former CIO from Wyoming has written an article in the latest CIO Magazine entitled
"How to Survive in the Public Sector"
. He came to see me last November, just after I'd decided to resign, but before it was public, and spent a day with me. I remember telling him I was resigning and his discouraged reaction.
