Interesting, Just last week I looked at this software when I downloaded and installed "Hello".  Google Acquires Picasa, Improves Blogging Tools [Slashdot] comment [] 8:25:48 PM     From ex State CIO to another.  The job is just a new governor away. Rock Regan Resigns. Rock Regan has resigned as Connecticut CIO effective Aug 1 due to "an administration change." Rock's a great guy and was a good CIO. He was CT's CIO for seven years.
