The bar-b-que was a success. Not as much food was left over as usual. If anyone knows of a starving family member or friend, refer them to my refrigerator. There is plenty to go around.

A good friend of mine came to the bbq today. Her name is Irene and I've been friends with her for 3 years now. She was a student of my father's. She is leaving for the San Fransisco Conservatory of Music this Saturday. She brought by a picture for me from our trip up there. It was in a silver frame and it is very pretty. She said I was welcome anytime to come up and visit. I think I may go up right before she starts school.

My summer allergies finally came to me. I thought I lucked out this year, but alas, I have not. I am currently taking Zyrtec, but I think my body has created an immunity for it already.

Today is a bar-b-que. What does that mean, you ask? It means I will be utilized as a runner for any number of errands from 10 am until whenever they see fit. But, I have also been granted freedom. I can leave at 3. I think I will stay a tad longer, only to eat, since it's been about 24 hours since my last meal. I met up for coffee with an old friend of mine, Becky who graduated from my high school in 1999. It just so happens that she lives about a block from me now that she has moved out of her house.

Regarding this blog, I think I will be creating my own template. Richie is doing that now and I know it will take me 5 times as long. I will be purchasing an XML book soon and basically starting at the begining. I may call on a few people to help. I'm not too sure yet. Better yet, maybe a user will publish a template they have created. Only time will tell
