Well, more like a "Death App". This Web Service allows you to get information about deceased people:

I tested it using my own US Social Security Number and was pleased to find that it returned no matches.
CDyne also provide the very useful "PhoneNotify" Web Service that allows you to enter text into a Web Form that is then read out over the phone using the "voice of Diane" [which is familiar to anyone who has every booked tickets over the phone with Amtrak].
