Like I mentioned earlier, I am just back from Canada. As usual, YVR has been a crap and Air Canada even worse: On my flight between YOW and YVR, I asked to be served in French and the flight attendant told me it was not in her job description. What the f*** is it? I paid almost 7000$C for this ticket on my national airline and I can't be served in the official language of my choice while other people can be served in chinese (which is not one of our official language). This is pissing me off massively. They are on the verge of bankruptcy and the service is still crap. This level of service make me want to avoid them completely on my next trip to Canada. I would rather be flying SQ: I won't be served in french but the flight attendant will be polite!
