I was left without electricity this morning for about twenty minutes. I didn't worry. I have 2 UPSes and excellent backup. When the electricity came back I rebooted my file server and I heard an annoying clicking... dead hard drive. I was hoping it was a disk from the RAID array but it was the boot disk. I lost nothing but time with that one as my boot disk contained only Window$ and the programs I use casually. So I replaced the disk and reinstalled Window$.
I should RAID 1 this disk but my box is filled like an egg. Maybe i should take away one of the HDD fan and stick 2 HDD as it is meant to be.
I'll also finally give a try to SP2.
All that story is nothing but a waste of time... Shit!
