Comment Moderation for Radio UserLand
Comment moderation. Today we released a new feature for Radio UserLand: comment moderation. This will allow you to delete comments posted to your weblog.
How to
Here's how to enable comment notification in your Radio weblog:
1. Update Radio.root.
2. After Radio finishes updating, Radio will notify the comment servers that you have been updated to enable comment moderation. Note: it may take up to 24 hours for your copy of Radio to communicate back server with the updated info.
3. If you load your Radio weblog, you should now see a new comment moderation form at the bottom of your comment windows. If you don't see it right away, try again later.
If you enter in your password in the form at the bottom of the page, you will now have access to delete comments from your weblog. Screenshot.
4. The comment window refresh and you will now see a checkbox next to each comment posted. You can check the box beside a post and click the Delete Comments button at the bottom of the page to delete the post.
5. When you're done deleting comments for your weblog, click the link "Disable Comment Moderation." at the bottom of any comment window and you'll be logged out.
Notes
You can't undelete a comment that has been removed.
The community server your copy of Radio connects to must be updated to support modeartion. All UserLand-operated comment and community servers support this feature.
