I searched Yahoo for the term universal rule and found an inactive SourceForge project titled Universal Rule. This project was started a month after I started this weblog, and seems to be passive ever since. By the way, Universal Waste Rule seems to be a common topic. Should I rename this weblog to avoid wrong impressions?
