This is a first for me. I got a book review offer through Technorati for the recent book by Joel Spolsky, Joel on Software: And on Diverse and Occasionally Related Matters That Will Prove of Interest to Software Developers, Designers, and Managers, and to Those Who, Whether by Good Fortune or Ill Luck, Work with Them in Some Capacity. I'm currently reading Dive into Python, so this is a welcome opporturnity.

The spirit of the Olympics: "You are faster than you think - dope-yourself.com" -- Comment()
I just saw a Nike poster on the street. The slogan "You are faster than you think" can be interpreted in many ways, some of them quite negative. Think about the olympics, and especially about the dozens of doping cases which already appeared, even before the games have started. When an athlete (especially an American) wins, I can't help thinking "Doping!"
