The outside temperature was about -30°C (-22°F) during the first night of 2003 here in the south part of Finland. Now the temperature is -27°C (-17°F), so it is still cold. And the forecasts have predicted that the cold weather will continue over the weekend, so the start of 2003 is cold in Finland.
