Learning how to make an impact -- Comment()
On Tuesday and Wednesday I attended a course on meetings and negotiations. The course was quite tough, including a lot of exercises and feedback. I really enjoyed the course, because many topics were presented in a fresh way, from a global perspective. How to deal with cross-cultural issues in meetings? We had a real cross-cultural group, as the instructor was American, and there were British and German participants in addition to us Finns.
