I'm pleased with the phone, so far no problems. Some colleagues have reported some inconveniences, but I haven't had any. On the other hand, I haven't much tested the phone yet.

I have using the 9500 for web surfing and reading e-mail through the wlan connection at work and at home. The web browser is suprisingly usable, although the little screen of course limits the use.
