A Modest Proposal: "For Preventing The Children of Poor People in Ireland From Being Aburden to Their Parents or Country, and For Making Them Beneficial to The Public." I'd never before heard of this text by Jonathan Swift - what an uncultured moron I am! But the text is to the point, and applies to modern society as well.
