Nerdvana
I want to open a bar called 'Nerdvana'. It would have a light menu of delicious food (mostly appetizers and such), good music (live bands some nights), and fabulous drinks. OK, nothing special so far, right? But it would also have a bunch of internet-connected machines in comfy spaces with vast tracts of whiteboard.... This would be the lunchtime or after-work place to hang out and geek while getting your drink on.
I have no idea if this would fly (I could imagine people using the space for hours and only having one drink each... maybe you'd have to have a per-person minimum or something), but I can dream.... I can even dream that someone else will do it! I'd go there. :)
