The bills HR 3179, HR 3037, HR 2934 (S 1604), HR 3040 (S 1606) portend the march towards a totalitarian state, a view that the founding fathers did not envision. Is it not ironic that when Reagan is credited with dismantling the evil empire of USSR, his protege is building up an evil empire in this country! If these bills come to pass then there is none to blame than an apathetic populace! Benjamin Disraeli is right, the people get the government they deserve!
