Internet Studies Advanced Webportfolio

A few members from 6th year at St. Maurice's High School have been involved in ISAW which has been introduced and created by a teacher within the school named Mr. Bäumel.  The course includes a Higher grade unit named 'The Internet' - (D01N 12), which is the SQA's highest qualification currently available for the Internet.  The course involves learning how to script, manipulate and structure websites.  The course is ongoing.  We use a Content Management System (RadioUserland) to create postings about ourselves, our interests and our assignments.  It is our own CV that can be accessed on the web or locally on our intranet (within the school).  We are now using our acquired skills to broadcast live the West Highland Way Adventure.
