is FundsXpress hiring again?

ahhh...back from the New Year's visit to the in-laws...ready to relax and unwind, only to discover that Reliant Energy had disconnected our electricity.  Apparently their corporate ineptitude has led them to conclude that we owe them $185-some odd dollars.  Pay no attention to the fact that we have called every month since we moved into our house to get this taken care of...and we called every time we got a disconnection notice.  And pay no attention to the fact that each time we called the person on the other end of the phone assured us that there was no way we would get disconnected.

Well, last night was definitely not as relaxing as it should have been.  They couldn't get out to connect our power until this morning and it just now got turned on.  Nothing like sleeping in 50 below weather to help you relax from your long drive.  If any of you know anyone who works for Reliant tell them I thank them for capping off my holidays in a truly uncool manner.
