A Week When Punk Rules on MTV. These days, teen-pop is in remission, and MTV executives think they may have identified its successor: punk rock. By Kelefa Sanneh. [New York Times: Arts]

Well, it's about damn time is all I have to say...even if I'd rather listen to Minor Threat or Pennywise than Good Charlotte and Blink 182, anything is better than N'Sync and Christina Aguilera

We just bought a Canon i850 printer to do photo printing today.  This thing is amazing!  The photo prints off my crappy digital camera look absolutely stunning.  I hadn't realized how much printer technology had improved in the last 3 years! And the printer is eerily quiet and quick.  After you hit the "Print" button it just sits there for a second and then silently eats the whole page in one gulp and spits out a finished 4x6 picture in about 5-10 seconds.   Oh yeah, and it does borderless prints too! For my money I think this may be the best entry level photo printer out there.  Yuh!
