Just got done watching Minority Report.  I'm a huge fan of Philip K. Dick's work so I felt compelled to watch it, even though I don't like most Tom Cruise movies or the last few Spielberg flicks, either.  My assessment; gorgeous movie, good plot, lousy ending (in typical Spielberg fashion he had to make everything ultra cheesy and warm for the family).  The story was essentially a futuristic version of The Fugitive.  I do have to give Spielberg credit though, no one can work that many sponsors into a movie as well as he can.

I'm glad I didn't force my wife to watch the movie (she's in Miami on business).  She hates Tom Cruise's films and hates sci-fi probably a little more than that so I could just imagine how ticked she would've been at the end of this movie.
