Am I the only one on the planet that didn't know that the animated cartoon rock band The Gorillaz was the brainchild of Damon Albarn, lead singer of the megasmash brit-rock band Blur?  You'd think being a fan of both bands would have clued me in...especially since you can plainly hear his vocals on the Gorillaz tracks when you listen to em.  I guess I'm just an idiot sometimes.

Still, as long as Noel Gallagher from Oasis isn't involved in the Gorillaz in any way, I can feel secure in my liking em.  For some reason local radio's been playing "Wonderwall" by Oasis alot and every time I hear the damn song I feel like I'm listening to nails across a chalkboard.

It's like a Twilight Zone episode, but then again that pretty much sums up California!

Interview with Randy "The Macho Man" Savage over at The Wave:

TW: How many Slim Jims do you think you’ve eaten in your lifetime?
RS: I don’t know. [Laughs] Over a hundred. I’ve done a lot of commercials.

TW: So you’ll only eat them when filming a commercial?
RS: I’ll put one down when I want a little excitement.

I don't think I could've kept a straight face while delivering that line if I were him.  It's just too damn funny!
