I posted awhile back about how I was so jealous of Mac users because they had Voodoopad, a nifty desktop wiki/notepad with export and linking capabilities. I searched in vain for a Windows version. My query to those of you out in reader-land seemed to fall in deaf ears. Sheesh, I expect much more from the two of you!

Anyway, months after giving up the search I stumble upon WikidPad, which looks like it may have the features I want: HTML export, and file linking and hyperlinking, as well as rich text edit capabilities. Best of all , it is super-inexpensive.

I'm going to try out the trial version and I'll let you know how it turns out. If it's good enough, I'll happily shell out the $12 US to wiki away on my laptop.
