Info on Google's upcoming IPO and their possible long-range goals.  I still haven't read the S1 yet since I've been buried at work and with finals at school.  One thing that jumped out at me (and that others have posted about on the web):
The IPO plans have revealed a number of intriguing facts. One is that co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page do not in fact own the patent for PageRank. This belongs to Stanford University, although Brin and Page have exclusive rights to it until 2011.
This is what all those business-speak folks refer to as unsustainable competitive advantage.
