Antonio Banderas and Eddie Murphy cover Ricky Martin's "Livin' La Vida Loca" for Shrek 2.  I think its safe to assume that's how the movie ends.

SwissRe has issued a new paper on the risks of nanotechnology. Interesting reading. Like most insurance papers I think it has a little bit of the doom and gloom slant to it. However, risk minimization is the job of the industry so it's understandable.

There is also a slashdot post with some interesting comments regarding the paper as well.  As usual, there are the smartass mouth-offs on slashdot who think that having vocal chords (or in this case typing fingers) gives them a right to sound off on a topic they know absolutely nothing about, but there are also some intelligent informed opinions as well.  Put your waders on before stepping into the cesspool.   [via slashdot]
