I finally got the Bloglines Toolkit working with Firefox 0.90!  I've been monitoring the comments section on Chad Everett's blog regarding the latest release and saw a post about someone having the same problems I was having, mainly having the toolkit installing okay and the Bloglines icon not appearing in the taskbar.

Basically, if the extension installs and does not appear usable to you, simply go into the extensions screen (Tools->Extensions on the toolbar menu), right-click on every extension and choose "Disable".  Restart Firefox, "Enable" the Bloglines Toolkit, and then restart Firefox again.  The Bloglines Toolkit extension should work now, and you can go ahead and re-enable all the other extensions and continue on your merry way!
