I think I found the new TV-infomercial gimmick that will sweep the nation by storm and catch Cote's fancy, just like the Pasta Pro did back in the day.  The Dualetta answers more problems that we never knew we had!  Problems like how to deal with an "open cook" system!  Be sure to check out the animation of a lady blowing an omelette off the Dualetta while you're browsing the page.
