The errors I was referring to in my previous post (Copied from the Events log): Can't create item "weblogsComData.changes." because "" is an illegal name. Can't upstream because "Can't open stream because TCP/IP error code 10060 - Connection timed out." Can't upstream because "Can't read stream because the TCP connection was closed unexpectedly." Can't upstream because "Can't open stream because TCP/IP error code 10061 - Connection refused." 5:42:01 PM     Hello World!  (I will ignore the fact that I got some weird errors when attempting to upstream my first post and declare that nirvana has been reached-- "Hello World" in 0 lines of code) 4:08:06 PM
