The man shot at the petrol station in Fredricksburg, Virginia later died in hospital. 11:27:41 PM    comment [] Sniper Strikes Again! The 'serial sniper' who has been terrorising Washington in the past few days; killing seven people and injuring two more looks to have struck again.  As police in Virginia, about 40 miles away from washington are investigating a shooting at a petrol station.  Three of the previous victims were also shot at petrol stations. 3:59:46 PM    comment [] American congress have given George W.
