I'm back. It was a long weekend due to Yom Kippur, and now I'm trying to get out from the usual fall avalanche of activity after the dog days of August. This weekend, my blog was added to the blog roll at Medrants. That's quite an honor and hopefully just the beginning of becoming more plugged into the Medical Blog world.
