The latest CD is the new one from the Wallflowers, Red Letter Days. It is a four on the five point rating system. Not a strong four but a four. He has moved alot toward pop - maybe too far. I like the previous two albums better. Grittier stuff. But then the whole thing is about making money and to make money you have to reach down into the pockets of the 14-25 crowd. Or make that the 10-19 crowd with all their expedable loose change. The band is one of the few making music that can appeal to us old people and still reach the babies.
