Oh, and I'm freaking out at work lately.

Going Crazy at Work

We have a driveway problem at this apartment. The problem is that we have a driveway that only has enough room for 2 cars, and they have to park one behind the other. There's no room to pull around so if you pull in first and get parked in you have to get the other person to switch places with you at night or early in the morning when you have to leave for work or something. Now it's not that bad because we have a spot and the other spot belongs to our neighbor, Nima and his fiancee, Sherine, who I know... so at least it's not some stranger. But it's still a pain for all of us. I'd say the best possible situation would be if the landlord just leased it as one space for one car. That would solve the problem.

It's actually chilly in the apartment right now. It's wonderful! It actually feels like fall weather! Hooray! I'm happy as long as it doesn't get hot again in that sneaky way it did over the weekend. Fall is my favorite season.

I just saw a commercial for "Fib Finder" - some unacceptable game for pre-teen girls that's some kind of low-tech lie detector. It's weird. I don't think I approve.  10:33:53 PM    

The dog puppet is really funny. He keeps pointing out what a nerd everyone is and he just went up to Darth Vader and asked him, "which of these buttons calls your parents to come pick you up?" meaning the buttons on his costume.

Now he just cajoled some guy dressed like a storm trooper to take his mask off and when he did he was so super nerdy looking that the puppet started yelling "put it back on! put it back on!"  7:12:04 PM    

Tonight we're having tacos for dinner, so I'm running to the store now to get stuff.

We also need an extension cord so we can plug in all our computer stuff. This apartment has some seriously shady electrical issues. We're doing our best to do what we can with it. We haven't blown a fuse yet but we've had some light dimming issues.  7:05:30 PM
