Well, again with the dog issues.

Billy Has More Issues

Anyway, today we went downtown and had a small breakfast at Starbucks. I got Rob the wrong drink because I have some sort of mental block. But he survived. Then we went to the movies and saw Stealing Harvard. It was pretty funny as long as you find Tom Green funny. Also, Megan Mulally was in it and she's pretty funny.

Then we ate at some place called Remington's which was right by the theatre district and the park. After that we came home, stopping on the way at the hardware store to get a couple of extension cords. We then proceeded to test the limits of the old wiring at our apartment. So far it seems OK with all our computer and tv equipment plugged in and turned on, but we agreed not to do anything crazy like try to run the vacuum or microwave while everything else is on. We don't want to black out the whole neighborhood or start a fire.

Is it a problem if most of our plugs aren't properly grounded? Hmmmmmmm.  10:41:34 PM  permalink

There's a bizarre cartoon on the WB called "Mucha Lucha" which seems to be about a latino flea family. It's very weird.  10:35:17 AM  permalink

Heather, Billy says, "Hi Mommy. When are you going to be done being in Kansas so I can see you?"  10:34:32 AM  permalink

Today (Friday) I heard someone at my work say, "I'm not an eco-freak. I don't recycle. I throw away styrofoam. You know why? Because I'm an American and it's my right."

Wow, can he possibly have any idea how incredibly stupid that sounds?

But don't worry, everybody. He does his part. He takes public transportation. Of course, that's only because he can't afford a car according to him.

No wonder everyone else in the world thinks this country is full of jackasses.

We watched the movie "Orange County" tonight. It's pretty funny. Jack Black is in it and he's pretty much insanely gross in this movie. It's great.

Wow, there's a very crazy commercial on for laser eye surgery for vision correction. They had "real life testimonials" and this woman was practically screaming and jumping up and down about how now she can go to the movies without her glasses. Oh, wait, but I'm sorry, it's not for eye surgery, it's for some creepy "technique" that is supposed to magically strenthen your eyes. Sounds like a cult.

Billy just ate cat poop a minute ago. He's so disgusting. He regards the cat litter boxes as his person buffet. It's awful. We fed him animal crackers to clean his breath. He's being such a pest tonight. We've already taken him out twice since we've been home and he's kind of acting like he wants to go out again. I guess we should just go to bed.  12:58:23 AM  permalink
